Reputation matters.
And matters of reputation, matter too.

ULTR started as a Ukrainian initiative of PR and reputation professionals. We built a community to share standards, tools, and data — to raise the quality of ethical, responsible, and transparent communication. Our activity quickly expanded beyond Ukraine. International experts joined, and our projects and research reached new markets. We blend local insight with global methods to build trust where it matters most.

Our leaders

Olena Derevianko

Worked in journalism and PR since 1998 and co-founded PR-Service in 2003, where she serves as Managing Partner overseeing strategy, creative, and external relations. Doctor of Economic Sciences (Ukraine) and a doctorate in Political Economy (Zurich, Switzerland), and is a professor and author on reputation management. Vice-President of the Ukrainian PR-League and of DCH Group, and chairs the Crisis Communications Committee at the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine; she is also active in industry forums and university initiatives.
